An abundance of Humpbacks during the 2017 Fall Whale Season!
This Fall has been an incredibly successful whale season in San Diego! We were fortunate to find whales on almost all of our Whale & Dolphin Watching tours! The Humpback Whales were the stars of the season and came out to play almost every day during the fall months!
Humpbacks are some of the most playful and interesting whales as they frequently dive down revealing their fluke, roll over and slap their pectoral fins against the water, and sometimes fully breach creating a huge splash like the one in the photo!
The Humpback Whale Season in San Diego is year round meaning that we are able to see them all year long! This season we have had more Humpback Whales than any other season this entire year!
